See the chickens in the yard and enjoy their eggs at breakfast. Step from the front door onto the Cumbria Way and walk to places such as Colwith Force, Tarn Hows or Elterwater’s Lake of Swans. Be more adventurous and walk in the beautiful Langdale valley or other surrounding fells.The local towns of Ambleside, Coniston or Hawkshead are within easy reach if you fancy something less strenuous!
