Moving up to the upper level, one side of the property offers a family suite boasting a double bed, a sofa bed, and its own full bathroom. This suite provides a picturesque view of the main living area. Additionally, this level features another convenient shower room. On the opposite side of the upper level, you'll find the master suite, which includes a large double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. The suite also boasts a private lounge area with a sofa bed, a luxurious bathtub, and a separate WC. The main living area of Dungraften House is designed with an open plan layout, seamlessly combining a lounge area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether it's relaxation or cooking, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a 4-seater breakfast bar and a spacious 10-seater dining table, conveniently placed within the central open space of the house. Continuing from the main living area, you'll discover a purpose-built bar with glass doors that open into the main living space. This bar is equipped with a projector and screen for watching big game sports, as well as a pool table and dart board for entertainment. Additionally, the bar features its own outdoor terrace with comfortable seating, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air while sipping your favourite drinks.
