Dobbies Barn

Dobbie's Barn was completely renovated in 2014 and has featured as a popular holiday destination for dog owners for 7 years, many of whom return each year. The property is the only one of its kind and is run and managed by the owner who lives nearby. You will get a personal welcome and any questions about dog friendly places to visit can be answered. 
Inside there is a spacious open plan living area with a large wood burner for cooler evenings. Logs are supplied but of course there is also central heating throughout the building. There is a ground floor bedroom (double bed) with adjacent en-suite containing toilet and washbasin. The bedroom has a door opening on to the covered outside patio. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking equipment and includes fridge freezer, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster. The living area has a sofa, a TV and DVD player and a CD player and radio. The main bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, bath and shower. The second bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase and contains a double bed. Please note - this room is compact with low beams and is not suitable for young children or anyone with limited mobility.  It's an ideal space for a teenager or single adult. A spacious Orangery leads from the kitchen to the rear garden.  This is additional ‘spill-out’ space with comfy chairs in a sunny room. the large back garden and where there is also a large outdoor table and chairs. 

Newly added is an additional attached annex sleeping a further two guests from your group when bookings are made for 6 people. (Please note - no dogs or children in the Annex). 
Outside there is a pretty garden area and a further barn which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. You can also store bicycles in there if you need to. There is an outdoor washing line and ample secure space for two vehicles.
