Derwen Coach House

Our family run self-catering accommodation Derwen Coach House aims to offer outstanding facilities and friendly service tailored to your interests. It is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Llangadog which is the foothills and route over the Black Mountains into the Brecon Beacons. A stunning rural location with easy access to amenities and attractions. We are ideally based to either escape from it all, relax and enjoy the Welsh countryside or explore and experience the many activities South and West Wales has to offer. These include The Brecon Beacon National Park, various lakes, forests, rivers, beaches and other tourist attractions.

We are a short, approx 15 minutes, walk from the village with its dog friendly pubs and a butcher, corner convenience shop and newsagent/post office. These can be reached from a public footpath bordering our land and on through the common. The common itself is a good place to walk dogs and has the River Swadde running through it. The ri ver is usually shallow and many of our dog friends enjoy a paddle in it.
