Ideal for a large group of family or friends, the farmhouse has a spacious lounge with a cosy wood burning stove and a large kitchen/diner with plenty of space for socialising, and outside there are great private grounds with a lake and woods. 

Enjoy the great outdoors right from the doorstep with lots of choices, either up the ridge to the mountain or down towards the beach at Fairbourne or cross the bridge to Barmouth, which is less than 3 miles walk away and a great place for shopping and eating out. Close by you can visit Cregennan Lakes, ideal for fishing and nature watching or take a scenic trip on the historic Fairbourne Railway.

• Outside: Stunning views to estuary and peninsular. Land descends into bowl with views, lake and mature woods. Large hand-made table and seats. Charcoal BBQ and firepit. Available from 27/08/21 - Large separate sauna (capacity for up to 10 people) with 2.5m picture window and extraordinary views across the estuary and sea. Changing room and cold shower also available.

• Pets: Up to 3 dogs welcome, at a charge of £25.00 per pet, per week.
