The property boasts a well thought out interior with wonderful local art adorning the walls and vintage furniture pieces nestled throughout the spacious living area and upstairs bedrooms. A large open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a pastel colour palette perfectly complementing the famous Cornish sunsets that flood light through the picture-postcard windows. The two upstairs bedrooms are tranquil and comfortable, with the master bedroom boasting a television with Amazon Fire for lazy Sunday mornings. The second double bedroom has twin beds, perfect for children sharing a room. This quirky and beautifully presented holiday home also offers a lovely large enclosed garden to the rear with a well-equipped patio area, garden furniture to relax in and charcoal barbecue.
Just a five minute walk to The Point of Polzeath with a wealth of activities on offer, and Polzeath beach is a twenty minute stroll. Polzeath is a popular coastal village having several shops that sell everything from surfing equipment to clothes, alongside lively pubs and cosy cafes.
