Shower room with Utility space: Shower cubicle, WC, basin. Utility: washing machine/tumble and fridge freezer
Bedroom 1: king bed, bedsides tables, lamps, hanging space for clothes

Outside: Beautiful wildlife gardens surround. Outdoor seating.

Parking: Driveway parking for two cars. Very steep drive. There is a private layby at the bottom of the drive for those with a larger car or not confident in pulling onto the steep driveway. 

Pets: One dog is welcome but must be kept on lead when in the garden. There is a gate from the garden leading straight onto a dog friendly walk, where dog can go off lead.

Please note: This is a cliff top location and therefore the garden is very steep. 

Located directly on the River Orwell, Pin Mill is a very popular destination on the Shotley Peninsula. Pin Mill is famous for being home to the Butt and Oyster pub and Woolverstone Marina. Here you can sit and watch with a well-earned drink or meal as the impressive red sail Thames barges head up the river towards Ipswich. There is a wealth of foot and cycle paths waiting to be explored surrounding Pin Mill and throughout the Shotley Peninsula.
