Crackwell Farm
Dogs: 2
Sleeps: 8
This charming farmhouse rests in a village with a picturesque, countryside situation, close to Tenby, enveloped by the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park. With a cosy yet spacious interior, and wonderful views outside stretching towards Caldey Island, you can enjoy a rather pleasant stay with your loved ones at this unique property, near the South Wales coast. Perfectly positioned in the pretty village of Penally, this comfortable accommodation is ideally suited to families or a group of friends. Walk inside and discover two large sitting rooms either side of the staircase, perfect for spreading yourselves out if you prefer a bit of quiet time. For the musically inclined, there is a piano in the music room with a dining table at which you can gather for your evening meal. The games room is ideal for spending some down time after an adventurous day out, or if you fancy indulging in a good book, the sun room offers a lovely bright and airy space to sit, with large arched windows drawing in plenty of natural light. Meander through to the kitchen, which you will find is fully appointed, making your stay as comfy as possible. A cloakroom completes the ground floor for your convenience. Head upstairs to find a set of bedrooms; a double on the first floor accompanied by a shower room, followed by the master bedroom boasting fabulous views on the second floor. Across the landing is another double room with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, which then follows through to the twin. This can also be accessed via a set of stairs leading from the games room. The attractive village of Penally offers a pub, village store and restaurants as well as a golf course and stunning golden beaches. Further along the coast you will come to Tenby, a wonderful town, known as ‘The Jewel in the Crown’, enveloped by medieval walls containing cobbled streets, delightful shops and tea rooms. Explore castles, visit the Welsh Zoo, and during the warmer season you can even take a boat trip over to Caldey Island. This is a lovely getaway in an awe-inspiring region of Wales.
