The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area is spacious, well equipped with TV, DVD and CD player and opens out through double doors on to the South facing decking area. Looking over the riverbank and graceful weeping willow trees, the decking has dining furniture and loungers for the perfect al fresco lunch, dinner or lazy afternoon. Forget the car for a while - from April to October you can take the river taxi from the lodge to the heart of Stratford or hop on a bus for a five minute ride to the centre of town. Just a stroll away over the river is The Riverside restaurant – offering food all day and live entertainment at weekends and the local shops and pub are just a 10 minute walk away in Tiddington. An ideal place to stay for friends and families within easy reach of Warwick, the Cotswolds, Cheltenham and the fascinating houses marking Shakespeare’s life.
