With private fences gardens, safe for your dog to run freely, The Barn also has stunning views and use of the heated pool which can be booked for private sessions, this property offers modern living in a traditional setting.

The Farmhouse (sleeps up to 9) - 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms

The Farmhouse has a large farmhouse style kitchen with dining for 9 guests, as well as a cosy living room with original flagstones and large log burner.

Children and dogs can play safely in the enclosed private garden, while the adults enjoy a glass of wine by the inglenook fireplace and log burner.  With access to a small heated pool, which can also be booked privately, this is the perfect holiday cottage for groups of friends or family, wanting to visit Lyme Regis.

Blackbird (sleeps 6) - 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms

A single-storey cottage offers 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite, an open plan sitting room and split level kitchen/dining area. The cottage has its own private enclosed garden complete with a patio, and hardwood garden furniture perfect for alfresco dining. There is also access to the small heated indoor pool which can be booked for private sessions.

Owl (sleeps 4 also suitable for 2) - 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms

A home-from home, Owl is a one-level bright and airy cottage with an open-plan kitchen diner and living area. Owl is dog-friendly and has an enclosed private garden – perfect for an alfresco summer evening meal.

Lark (sleeps 4 also suitable for 2) - 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms

A bright and airy cottage on one level with two en-suite bedrooms, an open plan kitchen diner, living room and an outdoor seating area. Like all cottages at Champernhayes, Lark is dog-friendly and is surrounded by open fields with plenty of options for long walks with your four-legged friend.
