This luxurious, detached holiday lodge is set on the peaceful Heritage Park, alongside the remains of the old iron works in Stepaside, near Wisemans Bridge in picturesque Pembrokeshire. Overlooking the pretty river, which runs along the edge of the park beside the site’s grass playing area and children’s park, Cariad enjoys a beautiful position, providing the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The property is extremely spacious for its style, with a large storage cupboard in the entrance hall, and the utility area cleverly hidden behind doors. Stepping into the charming open plan living area, a roomy space both bright and comfortable, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen area with a small breakfast bar, a lovely dining area and a large corner settee just waiting for you to rest upon after a great day out. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, plenty of storage, a walk-through dressing area leading into the en-suite shower room and a TV. A further TV in the twin bedroom gives guests the chance to unwind before a good night’s sleep, whilst a family shower room completes the inside of this superb holiday chalet. Outside, an extended decked veranda with furniture is the ideal spot to sit and soak up the sunshine, enjoy a quiet drink or dine alfresco. Stroll down to the river or to the old Iron Works, where a woodland walk or riverside wander offer a simple delight. The nearby coastline beckons too, whether you choose to walk the mile to Wisemans Bridge, or take a drive to Amroth, Saundersfoot or Tenby, with the option to enjoy some of the most picturesque coastal walks in the UK. Theme parks, the Welsh Zoo, Heatherton, historic castles, seaside resorts and wonderful unspoilt coves are all there for you to explore.
