We would love to welcome you to Bryn Ffynnon.  Built in the reign of Victoria it has been sensitively modernised to offer 21st century facilities whilst retaining its period charm.

We sleep 5 in 3 bedrooms and of course welcome dogs. We accept up to 3 of any size and breed automatically at no extra charge and I can sometimes be persuaded to add another one or two to that! Please ask if you would like to bring more.

The sitting room has a wood burner and a “smart TV” which offers nearly 200 freesat channels and you can log in with your own Netflix or other subscription service if you wish.

The gallery kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you would expect in a family home and includes a freezer and there is a separate dining room for leisurely meals.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a small en-suite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a pair of full sized single beds and the final bedroom has one full size single bed. All bedrooms have ample hanging space for your clothes.

The private enclosed garden has a summer house for sitting out in the evening with a glass of wine and it has heating in case the nights get a bit chilly.

We are perfectly placed for exploring North Wales and pretty much everything is within easy reach including the mountains of Eryri which is how you'll find Snowdonia referred to now. We have a good selection of maps and guide books in the cottage for guests to borrow to help plan your holiday.

If beaches are more your thing then there are extensive sandy beaches within 30 minutes drive, the majority have dog friendly areas all year round. North Wales is also getting a name for adventure holidays and underground adventures and zip wires are all within reach and of course the castles and little trains.
