Read MoreBrimstock Cottage is located in a very special place with stunning views over Lake Windermere and across the valley. The cottage is nestled in the village of Far Sawrey which is a small beautiful picturesque village high above Lake Windermere and close to Esthwaite Water. The village dates from at least the 14th century and has a church and lovely welcoming dog-friendly pub. Brimstock Cottage is 2 bedrooms - one king bed and one double with a spare sofa bed downstairs. With a log burner and beams, and a stone floor it offers all the character you could want combined with modern and sophisticated facilities. We have four dogs of our own and they enjoy the large and exciting enclosed garden as well as the long beautiful walks straight from the cottage.
