At this large house, the attractive gardens measure roughly an acre in size and come complete with small orchard. To the back, there is a substantially sized grassed area for games. A stone wall encompasses a good part of the garden, affording it almost complete privacy. Facilities within the garden include a separate games room with pool and table tennis, and also a heated indoor swimming pool in its own fenced area with a beautiful shepherd’s hut changing room. The warm welcoming kitchen benefits from a lovely four oven AGA, a well stocked walk-in larder cupboard for crockery and glassware as well as plenty of cupboard storage space. There is a separate utility room with electrical goods and being tiled on the floor, an ideal area for any dogs staying. There is a nautical themed dining room to seat and cater for 18 diners and being situated next to the kitchen. There is a comfortable sofa and a 'smart' TV in the lounge along with a wood burner for those colder winter evenings.
