Extensive gardens lead down to your own lake frontage with stunning views of the lake and distant fells from almost every room. The front hallway leads to the very well equipped kitchen/dining room where you can enjoy family meals whilst drinking in the fantastic views. Next is a lovely downstairs super king bed, for flexibility it can be made to a twin, with adjacent bathroom with shower and w.c. Making this an excellent choice for those with limited mobility. Upstairs is the cosy sitting room with dual aspect windows where you can watch the passing sailing boats and lake cruisers. One twin and one double bedroom, both with Lake and mountain views together with another bathroom with w.c. Outside there is a large garden with a woodland pathway running down steeply to the Lake shore.
