The space

The three bedrooms at Abbey Green View are ideal for accommodating up to 6 guests.

You’ll find a double bed in both the main bedroom and the middle room, while the back bedroom can be configured to suit your specific needs. We can set it up with two single beds, a double bed, or one single bed – just let us know how you’d like this room arranged and it will be ready for your arrival.

Downstairs, there’s a dining room and a separate sitting room – complete with Netflix, which you can enjoy while relaxing on comfy sofas.

The self-catering kitchen is well-equipped, offering everything you’ll need for your stay.

There’s also washing machine, iron, ironing board, and airer should you need them

Outside, you (and your dog, if you choose to bring your four-legged friend with you) can enjoy eating, drinking, and relaxing on the decked patio in a fully enclosed garden. We’ll even provide a dog bed, bowl, and treats for your canine companion.


The house overlooks Abbey Green, a popular local open area where you can walk your dog or sit and watch the world go by.

A walk around behind the property gives you access to a retail park with big named retailers and a large Asda supermarket – very handy for obtaining ingredients for self-catering meals!

Beyond that are the main train and bus stations for Nuneaton.

The town centre is just a 5-minute walk away. Here, you’ll find plenty of shops and cafés, plus a thriving market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Getting around

This property is ideally located for easy access to regional train connections and the extensive Midlands road network. This gives you and your fellow guests a very convenient gateway to many other counties/areas.

Nuneaton train station is just a short walk away, with direct trains to the Ricoh Arena and Coventry – from where trains also connect to Birmingham, the NEC, and London. The bus station is also located nearby and Uber operates throughout the town.

If you’re driving your own car, it’s easy to reach the motorway network – and the tranquillity of the wonderful Warwickshire countryside is equally accessible.

Great accommodation - doggy treats and bowls left in the property which was a wonderful extra. Private back garden and public green to the front.
