The property features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the perfect holiday home for couples or families. On the ground floor is an excellent and well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. From here opens out to a small patio and lawn with Rattan dining chairs for two and sofa with coffee table. There is also a ground floor shower-room with W.C. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find the family bathroom, with both a bath and separate shower, double bedroom with private balcony and twin bedroom. 5 Ocean Reach sits on the South West Coastal Path, providing some of the most beautiful walks in this part of the South Hams. The popular coastal town of Salcombe is only four miles away and Hope Cove is only 20 minutes on foot.

Rooms: Ground Floor - Shower Room, Utility Room, Open Plan Living, Kitchen and Diner. First Floor - Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Family Bathroom.
Kitchen and Utilities: Electric Oven, Electric Ceramic Hob, Fridge-Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine (please bring your own capsules), Kettle, Toaster and Washing-Drier (Located in the utility room).
Entertainment: 42" SMART TV with Freeview in the living, kitchen and diner (Guests can log into their own Netflix Accounts), Blu-ray DVD player.
For Families: Travel Cot and Highchair provided at the property. Guests to bring their own linen for the travel cot.
Outside Space: Front gravelled garden with patio table and four chairs. To the rear of the property is a gravelled patio with Rattan Garden Chairs, Coffee Table and Two seater Sofa. Small grassed area.
Parking: There is a shared car park in front of 5 Ocean Reach. Parking isn't allocated, you may park in any of the spaces. Parking for two car's. You may also park in front of the garage.
General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. Weak Mobile Signal.
Pets: 2 Pets are welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
