Drewsteignton is on a ridge a mile from the most spectacular part of the River Teign valley, ideal for walking the wooded river-bank and heathland. The scenery here is second to none, extraordinary Castle Drogo with its superb gardens is nearby, as is the friendly town of Chagford.
