Greenoak Hideout is an idyllic, peaceful getaway in the East Yorkshire countryside with only a short drive to the historic town of York and the Yorkshire coastline. Greenoak hideout is suitable for couples, friends and family groups. We are proud to cater for everyone and we are sure you will find lots to love here, whoever you are!
Read MoreEach of our authentic luxury yurts has its own dedicated bathroom huts, outdoor furniture and barbeque! Each yurt can be set up to sleep from two to five guests with a comfy king size bed, the option of two additional single beds, and a child’s bed or crib available on request. The yurts are also kitted out with tables, chairs and lots of other home comforts. The wood burning stoves included in the winter months make us a perfect, cosy getaway year round. There really is no bad time to stay with us, as the grounds are beautiful in every season.

Greenoak Hideout

We spent three nights away with three kids and two cockapoos in this gorgeous escape. It felt a world away but was within a car’s drive of the beach (woof) and the lovely Georgian market towns locally – acres of dog and family friendly stay. The yurt was breathtakingly beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. For the humans: king-sized bed, cosy blankets, campfire, sparklingly clean private bathroom, starry nights, breakfast in bed, trampoline and loads of play space. There were also alpacas, chickens, and gorgeous Shandy the pony.
