Winterton is a largely sandy beach with a lot of space when the tide is out. It is dog friendly all year round with easy access from the nearby car park. Unfortunately, the Dunes Cafe had to be demolished recently due to coastal erosion. There are toilets nearby.

miles of non-crowded beach to walk on and also the dunes provide great variety for walks
