We have 2 young dachshunds as Tenby south beach is dog friendly we took them there for their first beach visit, they absolutely loved it, South beach tends to be quieter all year round so its a great place to visit and spend a day relaxing. The local bar/restaurant is dog friendly and there are toilets near the beach which are clean and tidy (40p charge) during the summer there is usually an ice cream truck located on/near the beach for the human visitors.

Huge sandy expanse with dunes. Tide doesn't go out too far and best of all no restrictions for dogs. Heaven!
