Iv lived here for 5 years and prior to that holidayed nearby. Sidmouth is a beautiful Victorian seaside town. Jacobs Ladder beach And the beach near the Hams are dog friendly all year round. The rest of the beach is open at the end is Sept until May. A fantastic area for all visitors to visit

Dogs are not allowed on most of the beach between 1st May and 30th Sept. There is a section at the very Western end where dogs are allowed.
