Dogs not allowed on middle part of beach between 1st May and 30th Sept (Kiln Close Lane to the car park). Dogs are allowed to the left and right sections all year round. Dogs have to be put on a lead by the cricket ground.

A brilliant beach, especially when the tide is out, with decent eateries both ends. Contrary to one review, whilst dogs are allowed anywhere on the beach in the winter, from 1st May to September, they must be on a lead on the loose sand, not allowed on the tidal sand between the Quay and the Boathouse restaurant. Beyond the Boathouse they are free to run free and wild anywhere

It is Rubys favourite place to chase tennis balls and paddle in puddles. Changes all the time, and we come all year round. Can get a little busy at certain times, but we always manage to have fun. Good places to eat - both inside/outside and take away. Lots of other doggies also enjoy coming here!
