West View Cottage Bed & Breakfast

Quiet Bed & Breakfast set in the beautiful village of Knowstone on the edge of Exmoor. We offer two rooms, one en-suite and one with a private bathroom down the corridor. Dogs are welcome in both room in fact most dogs enjoy the whole house! Bedrooms aren’t huge as we are a cottage but we’ve had two Pointers stay,Smith and Jones, without any difficulties.

We are perfectly situated close to the moor whilst only being a 45min drive to the coast, great for those winter walks on the beach.

You are welcome to leave your dog with us when you eat out or if you want to take them to the pub just let them know as they only accept dogs in the bar, still a fantastic dining experience!

We do have a cat, Alfie, who will disappear at the sight of another dog so not an issue if your dog doesn’t like cats and we have Ellie our gorgeous dog who loves people and seems to get on with all of our visitors!
