Dating back to the 12th century, The Westleton Crown has managed to retain its character and rustic charm, making it a unique and historical place to stay. With a variety of rooms available, both you and your canine companion are sure to feel at home.
The location of the inn between the charming seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold provides ample opportunities for exploration. The local area offers a plethora of fabulous walks, catering to different preferences, from leisurely strolls around Southwold to more adventurous coastal path treks around the marshlands of Aldeburgh. Being situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty ensures that both you and your furry friend can enjoy breath-taking landscapes and engaging outdoor activities that will keep tails wagging all day long.
Eat With Your Dog
At the Westleton Crown relax and eat in the bar/lounge area or you can leave your dog in your room while you dine in the restaurant.

Extremely dog friendly, they catered for our 12 year old collie and 4 month old giant schnauzer equally well. Our dogs were able to come to every meal with us so did not stress

We stayed at the Westleton Crown in August. The staff were very friendly towards our dog, which meant it was easy to relax when having breakfast and dinner. Our dog particularly enjoyed his breakfast sausage! Dog water bowl and bonios in the room and a small grassed area, complete with amazing walks from the hotel, it all made for a lovely relaxing break.
Laurence Elliott, August 2020
Dog friendly rooms and area of the restaurant. Staff very friendly towards our dog and gave treats and a sausage at breakfast.
