The Chequers Inn

1 Review(s)
Sandra, November 2019
The Chequers is a fantastic place for dogs and their owners, although it does get very busy at certain times of the year and can be expensive. The beaches in this part of Norfolk are beautiful and offer good walking opportunities, though owners must be wary of disturbing birds and other wildlife. The pub itself is cosy and welcoming, with good food and real ale. Breakfasts are particularly good. Dogs can eat alongside owners in certain parts of the restaurant. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, with some reserved for dog owners. We especially like the free gin in the rooms, and the home-made biscuits! There are also other two other good pubs in the village where dogs are welcome.
