Marian and Edward were the friendliest hosts. Our rooms were really well appointed and beds very comfortable. Our dog was also welcomed and he was free to wonder around which we really appreciated.
Thatch Close is in the middle of nowhere. So peaceful. It is surrounded by rolling hills with spectacular views. Great walks direct from the house with open fields.
We were treated to tea and homemade flapjacks on the day we arrived. Breakfast was plentiful and truly awesome. Loved the homemade bread.
We had a great relaxing stay. Warm rotating fires kept us warm and snug.
It’s a great base to explore Symons Yat and Ross on Wye. Both excellent destinations.
