We are a family run, Dog friendly B & B, in an attractive garden setting where guests can sit and watch the famous New Forest horses and donkeys grazing. We are situated in Brockenhurst in the heart of the New Forest; just a two minute walk from open forest and moor. It is an ideal base for all forest activities and within easy access of the M27.
Brockenhurst is famous for its peaceful ambience where the most chaotic traffic jam is caused by a stubborn donkey in the middle of the road. We are also close to the historic market towns of Lymington and Ringwood and a 15 minute drive to some beautiful dog friendly beaches
The airports at Bournemouth and Southampton are within easy driving distance and Brockenhurst is a main line station.
Brockenhurst has many eating places to suit all tastes including French, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Italian, as well as the traditional English 'Fish & Chips'. It has a selection of pubs serving fine cuisine - all within walking distance of this B & B.
On the subject of food, you will be able to enjoy our hearty traditional English breakfast with locally sourced farm produce.
Children and pets welcome by arrangement.

We are a family run, dog friendly B&B in an attractive garden setting situated in Brockenhurst in the heart of the New Forest National Park. We are just a gentle stroll from open moors and ancient woodland; as well as a 2 minute walk to the village centre with its main line station. Brockenhurst is a picturesque village and an ideal base for all forest activities; including cycling, horse riding, golf and walking. The ancient Market towns of Lymington and Ringwood are a short drive away. The coastlines with views of The Isle of Wight and Historic Hurst Castle standing beside Lymington Nature Reserve, an ideal base for bird watching are all within easy reach. Or simply unwind and relax in our pretty garden watching the horses’ donkeys and cattle grazing on the green outside.
Seraya is set on a quiet road with plenty of parking available. We have a lockable shed for bikes.
Our rooms are comfortable, light and airy, with TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries and free wifi. It is our wish to ensure that you have a warm and enjoyable stay.
Enjoy a hearty English breakfast of locally sourced produce, as well as a Continental option. We also provide vegetarian and dietary requirements menus on request.

We are within easy access to the M27 and the Waterloo-Weymouth train serves Brockenhurst (1 hour 20 minutes). The airports at Bournemouth (Hurn) and Southampton (Eastleigh) are within easy driving distance. And Ferries for the IOW are a 10 minute train journey away.
Three to Five nights gives 5% reduction and seven nights plus entitles 10% reduction.
