Louise Gale –
We purchased this book last minute, as we were heading off to Somerset for our first holiday with our eighteen month old working cocker spaniel puppy, and two teenage sons, so I knew that we would be doing some walking. I am so glad I did. We did three of the walks from the book that week. There are twenty easy to follow, circular walks , ranging from 1 3/4 miles, and 5 1/2 miles , with useful additional information, such as, the terrain, where to park, how to get there , how far the walk is, if there is any road walking, livestock, stiles, the nearest vet and dog friendly places to eat en route or close by. I will definitely be looking to purchase more in the series.
