All the team are always amazing with Martha (and us), we have been using Woozelbears since her IVDD spinal surgery in June and will continue to. Without their expertise we wouldn’t be where we are with Martha’s mobility, she has improved immensely since she first started hydrotherapy, so thank you!

All of the staff at Spalding Woozelbears were so lovely and friendly who showed genuine care, passion and dedication to getting our boy Milo better. We are so grateful for the time and love given to our boy dachshund going through hydrotherapy after his IVDD operation as well as the support to us too. Best place I could ever take ma dog to. Lauren and Andrew are both lovely qualified hydrotherapists. You’ll notice they do love animals as soon as you walk through the door. They deserved to be recognised and awarded!

Andrew and Lauren are fantastic at what they do! They have really made a difference in Chips life, he attended two other hydro centres previously but neither compare to Woozelbears. Since his first surgery we have not seen him enjoy life as much as he does now.
Andrew and Lauren ensure you are involved, explaining each technique, they have created a safe space where we feel we can openly discuss the mental effects of having an IVDD dachshund. We can’t thank them enough.

Patience with their patients! Molly has been a regular visitor to the centre I totally for hydro and more recently for supported swimming. No matter how long it takes, Lauren and Andrew never rush my old girl and that's so appreciated when she's already struggling with complex conditions. They are friendly professional and engage with the owners throughout. Nothing is too much trouble or takes too long when the wellbeing and enjoyment of the dog is at the heart of what they do.

They've made so much difference to Drax. He's a rescue with significant trust issues, so recovery from a spinal stroke worried me. By the 3rd session, Drax went straight into the treadmill with Andy. The next session, Drax was so comfortable, he wanted fuss from Andy, plus he was better in the treadmill too.
Andy is truly brilliant. Drax has never accepted anyone so fast. It normally takes months.

Just the best all round service - they helped my rommie rescue when he was fearful of water plus they also then treated him for a soft tissue injury. We have weekly fun swims which keep him fit and healthy.

My elderly, arthritic border collie has been given a new lease of life by the hydro & physio teams at Woozelbears Spalding. He has reverted back to the dog he was 2 or 3 years ago, which I didn't think possible! When it has been necessary to return to the vet to adjust medication they have provided videos and written information in support. They are all unfailingly kind and supportive to both dog and owner!
