Suzanne cares and knows every dog individually by name and by soul! She treats each dog with such love and individual care whilst keeping the peace and harmony between them all, coherently on a walk and whilst in transit. She knows their individual loves and hates, what tends to work and sifts out what doesn’t, which is next level! She goes above and beyond with both her dogs and their owners and the love and care recently demonstrated by each and EVERY one of her clients for her, whilst navigating a very difficult time on having to say goodbye to her own beloved best friend, was simply outstanding and truly heartfelt and reciprocated. During which time she never faltered in anyway in her professionalism and care. She is also forever researching ways of how to be the best she can possibly be in knowledge and care of her beautiful fluffy friends. Exceptional service by an exceptional “dog loving” human being!

My boy was one of Susanne's earliest babies, and she was wonderful in looking after him, increasing his confidence and loving him. And he adored her, always. Even after circumstances led to him leaving her after 5 years, she kept in touch and visited him when she could. I recently lost him, and Susanne has been a rock. She's absolutely brilliant with all the dogs, and pretty wonderful with their owners too. I can't speak highly enough of her.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Susanne highly enough. She has been absolutely fantastic with both of my dogs and genuinely cares for them as though they were her own. I trust her completely with them, which means so much when you’re leaving your pets in someone else’s care.
She goes above and beyond in every way and does so because she genuinely loves and cares about the dogs she looks after. It’s all the little things as well, like bringing them presents at Christmas, which is absolutely not expected but just shows how thoughtful she is and how much she cares.
Both of my dogs adore her, and I always know they’re happy, safe and incredibly well looked after when they’re with her. Having someone I can trust completely and who cares about them as much as she does is invaluable. I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better dog walker.

Woof and Tumbles love all the dogs and it shows as the dogs love her back. My dog always gets excited when he gets to see Susanne. When we go on holiday he doesn’t respond to us when he hears our voice on the phone although if he hears Susanne his ears are bolt upright and listens to every word she says. We
Wouldn’t have anyone else to walk our little Mookie. We know he is loved and looked after when he is out with Susanne.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Susanne at Woof & Tumbles enough.
She’s been looking after Pearl since she was just a tiny puppy, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with her. Pearl absolutely adores her, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such caring and capable hands.
Susanne goes above and beyond every single time. Whether it’s helping out at short notice, being flexible when plans change, or simply treating Pearl as if she were one of her own, nothing ever seems too much trouble.
It’s so obvious how much she loves the dogs she cares for, and that comes across in everything she does. Pearl comes home happy, tired and excited for her next adventure, which says it all really!
If you’re looking for someone reliable, kind and who truly cares about your dog, I honestly couldn’t recommend Susanne and Woof & Tumbles highly enough. Thank you for everything you do for Pearl – we really do appreciate you.

Come rain or shine, Susanne goes above and beyond to ensure the needs of all animals in her care are her number one priority. Our Cavapoo Toby absolutely loves Susanne. Even now our circumstances have changed and Toby is no longer home alone as much, I could never give up his weekly walks with his Woof and Tumbles friends. Susanne doesn’t just provide her dogs with a walk, she provides them with an incredibly fun, engaging and developmental experience for which we are very thankful for :)

Words can't express how amazing this lady is cooling stuff for every dog in the summer and heating mats in the winter even after losing her own fur baby still stayed strong and made sure everyone's fur babies had the best time ever

Im voting for W&T because my boy (Jason, 3 year old Chug) has been going weekly with Susanne and Nicki for 2 years now and everytime he comes home he's exhausted and ecstatic! He LOVES going on his weekly walks and likes to wait by the door for Susanne to pick him up. They make sure the location is varied so the dogs are never bored and always have lots to sniff and play with. I would recommend W&T to anybody who is new to dog walkers or needs to feel their dog is safe and comfortable. I trust both Susanne and Nicki due to their previous job roles which allows me to relax fully, they pop in, pick Jason up, drop him off and all is secure. Their friendly, always putting in 110% effort, very communicative and trustworthy!
