Vanessa is so skilled at what she does. She has managed to work patiently with our rescue dog Frank who now really enjoys his grooming sessions where previously he was extremely reactive if even brushed

Can’t thank Vanessa at VA VA GROOM enough! After a not so great experience at a previous groomers our lively puppy really struggled being brushed or groomed but Vanessa has really taken her time to help build up his confidence and desensitise him to all aspects of the grooming process that he absolutely loves going to her (literally runs and pulls his way in as soon as he sees the door) which is so lovely and comforting to see! Even though there’s still room to develop his tolerance levels I know he’s in the best and safest hands to help him!

I've known Vanessa ( VA VA Voom)
for a long time . She is caring , thoughtful and always take the time needed to make the dogs and owners feel comfortable and special.
Nothing is too much trouble, or phases her.

VA VA GROOM really considers the importance of your dog being comfortable and in an stress-free environment. She takes the time to get to know your dog and to build a healthy relationship with them. It’s so refreshing to come across a dog groomer that really puts your dogs health and happiness first! She also uses new and innovative ways to groom your dog. We would never use another dog groomer (once you go VA VA GROOM you never go back!!!!)
