Our dog loves going 5here. Very friendly staff and eonderfulowners. We had to board Ralph because my husband had to stay suddenly in hospital in Exeter, whilst we live in North Devon. Sally told us to come anytime and not to worry about our beloved pet. It is such a weight off our minds, and Sally sends us messages of hope and good wishes. We think that it is a wonderful kennels.

We have three dogs - a mum and two of her puppies - and they can be quite a handful in new environments. We took them to Trelawn, first for a taster, then for a couple of nights, and you could tell they were relaxed and happy, which is great credit to the kennels and the staff!

Super friendly and relaxed. Both our dogs get very excited as soon as we drive through their gates. They are one of the few local kennels who socialises our dogs with lots of different dogs in their field. It’s wonderful!

I have three young boxers, who are quite a handful! They have stayed at Trelawn multiple times and absolutely love it there. The facilities are fantastic and they have loads of space to run around in the large secure field. George, Sally and the other staff are great and friendly.

Sally is such a lovely lady , she treats you like a friend not a customer. I have a dog with anxiety problems and barks at everything and everyone. At Trelawn my dog walks off with the staff without a glance back at me. He doesn't bark at the stff and he's not nervous. I feel that he'll have a happy time and that hes in safe hands when he's there. That's why I use them on a regular basis and have no thought about going elsewhere.

When we move into an area we try the local boarding kennels for short stays and then let our dogs behaviour on collection decide which one suited them. We could hardly drag them away from Trelawn!. George and Sally are calm and very focused on the dogs well being in their care - which is reflected in happy, non stressed dogs.

Sally George and Rob do an amazing job of looking after my 6 dogs! They are all homely little dogs, when we visit Trelawns, they merrily jump out of the car and straight to the secure area they run. Trelawn Kennels has truly provided a home from home for my four dogs. The owners, George & Sally, are outstanding in meeting the needs of both dogs & owners. My four dogs are all rescues who had been badly treated and two were reactive to people & dogs - George & Sally have worked hard in socialising them & the dogs have improved immensely. Both George & Sally are extremely flexible - my life is difficult & complex for a number of reasons - I have to constantly change dates, extend stays or shorten stays - I have never encountered a kennel so accommodating. My life is so much easier because of Trelawn and, most important of all, my dogs love going there.

We have used a few kennels over the years due to moving around the country, but since finding Trelawn we will never use anywhere else!
Our two dogs absolutely love it there, so much so they actually get excited when we park up and head off with the staff to the paddocks without even looking back at us!
One of our dogs is a grumpy little sausage dog who can take a while to warm up to strangers, and he loves everyone there so much you can really tell they make a lot of effort to socialise with the dogs when they are there.

This is an excellent facility with great outdoor space with two loving and experienced owners (Sally and George). We were nervous at first with placing Asher into Kennels for the first time but were vastly reassured on our first visit and when we saw his reaction on picking him up. Always friendly and welcoming. They let our dog run around with the other guests and though he won't catch them he likes the chance to socialise. Also, they are easy to get to and the Kennels are a good size. Slightly more expensive than out usual Kennels but worth the extra cost.

When we went to pick them up, both of our dogs trotted out, rather than the mad scramble and barking to get out that we have experienced from other kennel stays, and we could tell immediately that they had been happy and felt secure in their surroundings. Sally and George are firm favourites with my sprocker Willow. There is nothing they won’t do to ensure Willow has a great stay. They will accommodate her needs which have been really important as she can get very anxious. Having said this, every time I drive in, willow wags her tail and almost pulls her favourite member of staff, Molly, into the kennel with her in her excited!
