Louise is always so friendly and the dogs always look and smell fantastic when they come from there. At different times of year they arrive with Christmas bows, Jubilee bandanas . Both her and Emma are so loving and patient with our little old men

Excellent service, dogs always keen to get the pampering Louise gives them. Top to tail go that little bit further to make the dogs look gorgeous, but also keep them happy.

Louise and Emma are AMAZING!!! Our dog is a rescue and a large breed as an Anatolian Shepherd. He is also a rescue dog from Dogs Trust and no groomers would consider him for these reasons UNTIL we messaged Louise and she was really excited to meet him!
We booked him in for his first EVER groom with a few scary noises and even with a few moments of loud noise run away he was such a good boy that they were determined to continue to work with him. They put us at ease and we have already booked him to go back!
Once you find people as special as Louise and Emma that can understand your pets situation and make you feel comfortable to walk away you NEVER let them go and ALWAYS praise them for their awesome work!

I have a rescue dog who is terrified of everyone!! Except the staff here. He absolutely loves going in for his pamper sessions and comes out with a little more confidence each time. They recognise his anxiety and are amazing with him, they are the best!

Despite having Groomers in my own town, I happily drive a round trip of 88 miles every couple of weeks for Louise to groom my seriously reactive Shih Tzu. Every visit is a challenge for her grooming skills but her calm and positive approach gets the job done. 100% recommend Top to Tail.

Louise & Emma have been fab with My dog Reggie. He’s been going since he’s a puppy. The girls listen to what I want done, he always looks good after his groom & smells beautiful. The girls have got so much patience as my boy doesn’t like to be pampered and he can be a little naughty when it’s time to be groomed but I always have a lovely interaction, polite reception and the girls are just fab.
