Tom & Toto communicates so well with you, giving email updates of the walks, along with photos too. It’s so reassuring. Our dog is so excited when he realises it’s time for his T&T walk. Molly is incredibly caring, patient and friendly with him and we completely relax when he’s with her. It’s marvellous how they adapt their care depending on the breed and personality of the dog. Truly exceptional care and service, couldn’t be more happy!

I took nelly to puppy play dates for six weeks , which nelly absolutely loved , she couldn’t wait to jump out of the car and play with her new play mates , it was grate for me too, to meet all the other puppy owners and Sarah and the others too , very friendly, we joined for another 6 weeks as well. Definitely worth doing . And how confident all the puppies became. Would definitely do again .

I was very worried about leaving her when I went to work but Tom and Toto have taken all the worry away. Jumble has such an amazing time and is SO happy. I love getting photos of her running through fields everyday! Tom and Toto are really amazing.

I’ve used Tom and Toto services exclusively since they first started and they are my beloved Clara and my’s extended family. Clara is fussy with people but she absolutely loves and remembers her walkers and sitters with Tom and Toto, who look after her so well that she sulks for days when I get home!
They are the only people I trust with my precious friend’s welfare and they have repeatedly helped me out of a bind by helping with services at the last minute and extensions of care when I’ve been stuck abroad. They are family, I know they will take the very best care of my pets and I can’t give a higher complement.

I came across this company through Instagram and didn’t even mean to! I always planned to walk my puppy myself but when work becomes your life you realise your pet has to suffer also. That was until Sarah from Tom and Toto introduced me to their dog walking services and more, and since then its become my puppy’s favourite time of the day when one of the team walks through the door to greet him! Not only do they take good care of my pup with lots of attention and positivity but they’ve also been training him without us even realising making it so much of a peaceful environment in the household when we return! Every day they take time to write us a report and even offer suggestions too. We couldn’t be where we are now without the company and I’m so grateful for them!

My golden retriever, Sugar, adores going out with Tom & Toto. She's always sitting by the front door when it's time for them to arrive, and returns after her daycare walks very happy and ready for a long nap. Some of their walkers live locally to us, and she always rushes to greet them if we meet them when we're out and about. I also love it that Tom & Toto and the University of East Anglia have organised wellbeing walks with students who are missing their pets at home - Sugar always takes part in these, she's a very sociable dog and enjoys the extra attention from the students.

Not only are they super organised and use systems that make booking and payment really easy but my dog LOVES them too.... all the walkers are dog people, and really understand and care about the dogs. Their communication is great too, you know when your dog was collected and dropped back and they know exactly where he is. You get a mini report and a picture of the walk which I always look forward to! Highly recommended!!!

Tom and Toto has to be the best dog walking service available! Every member of the team is totally reliable, kind, friendly and very knowledgable about the job that they do and about the animals in their care. They give 110% and nothing is too much trouble. With walk arrival and departure tracking and photos with message sent for every walk, I have always felt that my dog, Oscar, has been completely safe in their care and have never had to worry about him being out with any team member. If Oscar could write his own review, he would tell you that he has the best time ever on his walks! He is always super excited to see the team member and clearly has the best time! All in all, you couldn’t find a better dog walking team anywhere. They are brilliant!

Sarah and Jo at Tom and Toto have been amazing with my puppy Elvis! We attended a 6 week puppy play group course, set up for puppies brought during lockdown. This was invaluable for our pup as the guidance was not to let him near other dogs during his first walks, and his vaccinations were delayed due to vet restrictions.
Attending the classes gave me so much more confidence in my puppy’s temperament , watching him interacting with other dogs in a safe environment. Sarah and her team also gave us loads of advice to try and help him move forward which we’re still using now.

They're a fantastic service, walkers really do care for your pets. They go above and beyond and have an excellent online booking system and you get a photo and comment after every walk saying what your pet has been up to.

You absolutely get what you pay for and to be honest T&T is brilliant value for money. I get a report card with a picture of what my dog has been up to, access to a private Facebook group with all his doggy friends and i love how personal and friendly the whole company is. My dog LOVES his walkers, and gets dropped back off happy and ready to conk out for a nap. I have already recommended T&T to several friends, and will continue to do so. Absolutely class company, i would truly trust them with my dogs life.

Tom and Toto are fantastic. They offer all manner of doggie services and are completely professional. If we go away for a weekend and we need a pet sitter we know our two dogs are in good hands with Tom and Toto. The dogs feel safe and secure and do not miss us! Highly recommended.
