We go in with our dog and he is made so welcome. Beck always makes a big fuss of him and he knows and waits for his treats. Always treats fresh water and blankets for dogs

They have so many things catered towards dogs. Our dog saw the pile of beds and immediately sat on top of all of them making everyone in the pub laugh. They have treats, water bowls, beds and links to local dog walkers.

Amazing Team at the pub, Beks & James make rleveryone so welcome. Started good hot a& cold food
But best of all is the Doggo beds, water station treats (shh dont tell the doggos handlers)

Very friendly hosts James and Becks in a very welcoming pub with facilities and refreshments for both humans and faithful companions. Great for a rest bite or an evening out listening to some very talented local musicians. Check out the facebook page for dates and acts. Also any budding musicians & vocalists, on first Wednesday of each month they have a Cal Jam Night hosted by a young local talented musician called Callum (Full back set provided just bring your own instruments and drummers just your sticks) get involved and earn a free pint too.
You can even meet the pub turtle that James rescued from the Chesterfield canal. That's an interesting story ask Becks.
