Went to purchase new collar and harness for my daughter’s dog. Jacquie shut the shop for a few minutes so that Harry could have a personal fitting without being overwhelmed by other dogs- a big thank you to Jacquie!

Outstanding service, such a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable greeting by the owner, Jac. She ensures the dogs get the welcome they deserve. No question is too silly. All responses demonstrate just how much Jac understands the needs of the dogs that enter the shop. She has the ability and knowledge to steer the owners in the right direction ensuring they make the right choices for their pets. After spending time sitting outside the shop, resting due to arthritis, the one thing I noticed, every customer leaves the shop with a smile on their faces because they are confident they have done the best for their dog. Visitors to Devon often expressing the wish that their home town had something the same. Well done Lyn Valley Dog House

We found the Lyn Valley Dog House while on holiday. We were made to feel very welcome with our little cavalier spaniel who was treated to a biscuit by Jackie. We found unusual natural chews and hand made healthy biscuits that our dog loved. Jackie was so helpful , her genuine love for dogs shone through. The online service was quick and arrived beautifully packed. Thank you Jackie, we look forward to visiting you again when next on holiday.
