It’s fantastic!! As a visitor staying in the cottage at the Hayloft I’ve seen how the doggy guests are looked after, never put in situations that will upset them, so much love and care given to any doggy guests, they’re all given individual time and energy, cuddles, company and any problems help is always there to ensure their safety. An amazing dog hotel, if only some human hotels have the same service!

It is an amazing place, all the doggies enjoy their holidays when they stay there lot for them to do, big opens spaces for them to walk, run and stiff lots, they have an agility area fir all doggies to have a go if they want to, they gave rooms with comfy beds a sofa toys and a TV, and they have a big viewing window so the doggies can be checked on while they are asleep without dusturbing ghem, the get lots of cuddles and kisses as well 😀

Constant updates and pictures to ensure a worry free break away.
Charlene and her wonderful team are the kindest, loveliest people and it’s very clear that they love the dogs in their care and treat them as their own.
Max has had quite a few health issues but I know Charlene and Jacqui care for him as well as we do so I feel safe to leave him in their excellent care.

My dog has not yet stayed at The Hayloft (he is booked in for next year) but the attention and service we have received from Charlene so far has been outstanding. We've taken Ralph for a visit and the grounds are beautiful and secure. His recall isn't great so it was lovely to see him running round the fields off his lead!
The rooms are spacious and immaculate yet cosy, giving the dogs that "home from home" feel. I have been following The Hayloft's page for some time now and it's clear that Charlene and the team take great pride in what they do. Their four legged guests are clearly very spoiled and we wouldn't have Ralph stay anywhere else.

I have 3 large dogs, I don't normally leave them, they go where we go! I was really anxious about going away without them, but Charlene put my mind at rest and they had the best holiday ever! Every need was catered for, special diets, medications, specific excercise requirements, funny little quirks of each of my dogs...everything! Having lived with varying numbers of my own tricky rescue dogs for 40+ years and having been involved with animal rescue for 30+ years, it is extremely rare that I find a person or an organisation I’d entrust my dogs to.
The Hayloft offers an exceptional level of comfort, homeliness, exercise and behavioural imput for my dogs when I am on holiday. I was absolutely amazed to find that, having left my dogs (with separation anxiety) for a 1st weekend at the hayloft, they all became wildly enthusiastic when we returned the next time. I cannot explain how out of character this is for them.
One of my beloved dogs is 50 kg (a wonderful but traumatised rescued working dog). She had been terrified of anybody but me since adoption. With Charlene, she was eating chunks of cheese from her fingers within three minutes of meeting.
High security to the paddock, plus dog walks on the farm, the home like room with television, sofas, TV, vet bedding and regular cuddles and walks throughout the day and evening are all reasons that this doggy hotel is hard to equal. Above all, the Hayloft is only place where I leave my dogs, because I know that they will be more than looked after, they will be loved.

They were wonderful looking after our Harvey when we went on holiday. Such an amazing set up, we have a rescue dog and we didn't want to use a kennels, the rooms at the Hayloft are excellent. Charlene at the Hayloft Is literally our fairy dog mother. Our boy is dog and human reactive and we have had numerous issues with other kennels and boarders.
Charlene is amazing and has enabled us to take trips and holidays we thought would be no longer possible as we were scared to leave favey with people.
The care they are given and the understanding that is shown by the team at the hayloft goes above and beyond and the facilities are second to none.
