Exceptional service always. My dog is a nightmare to cut his nails and is very strong and hard to control during this. Anna is always super professional, calm and never gives up, always getting the job done to perfection. He has recently had his first full wash and spa treatment. He looks and smells amazing and his coat is beautifully soft.

Anna has the most amazing ability to get onto the wavelength of any dog who comes to her for a pamper/haircut. Even my little rescue Yorkie, who is terrified of everything, puts her total trust in Anna. Dogs can sense love, and Anna just oozes with it ❤️

My dog Angus is often a very nervous dog but Anna at 'The Dog Spa By Anna' puts him at 100% complete ease. This is evident from how much he likes going - he literally skips into her salon, which before we found Anna had been unheard of at any other groomers I'd used in the past.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and Anna - Angus always has the full works at his grooming sessions at the Dog Spa.
Absolute first class service - wish I could give more than 5 Stars 🤩

Anna provides an absolutely fantastic all round service.
She’s kind, patient and friendly, and has worked wonders in reassuring my rescue dog who was so nervous on her 1st visit but who now enjoys her visits and being spoilt with the treats and endless fuss 😊.
Ive used Anna since she started on her journey in dog grooming and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Anna is just fantastic. Our 19 year old cairn terrier has been to numerous groomers over the years and we have never stayed with them long. Now, we would never take Fergus anywhere else, Anna is always happy to see him and really looks after him whilst he is with her, he has a few health problems as well as his age and we know that he is perfectly looked after each time he visits. On top of that, he always looks fantastic when he comes home!

My Springer Spaniel had previously had a very traumatic experience with grooming and nail clipping. Anna has been patient with him and turned him into a dog with a wagging tail when he arrives and leaves his groom.

Having had Labradors for 30 years, ‘grooming’ consisted of a quick wash down with a hose and a daily brush, but since our 4 year old Maisie was young, she’s been visiting Anna. The difference made to her shedding is huge plus Anna’s attention to detail; trimming between pads etc is fabulous, plus Maisie smells divine afterwards. Even Labs benefit from a good groom!

Anna has been our groomer since my pup was 10 weeks old! I wanted a calm, patient and positive groomer who would never push my dog to more than he is comfortable with. Puppy desensitisation sessions to start with were all at a pace the dog was comfortable with, my dog loves going and he honestly drags me through the door to get to her everytime! Despite him being tricky to handle with being very fidgety (and abit loud!) due to being a young terrier, she's patient and understanding of his temperament and breed and let's me know what's gone well or what we can practice/positively reinforce at home. He doesn't need the grooming as he's short coated but we go every 4-6 weeks just for the handling practice and health maintenance. He's getting better and better at handling in general and I'm confident this is through working as a team with Anna!

She was extremely kind and gentle to our very very poorly boxer Molly who sadly passed away and Anna was so generous with her condolences.
