I have used the Dog House for over 4 years for my Border Terrier, first for hand stripping and after she was spayed, a regular groom as she wasn't comfortable. all tge staff are friendly and approachable and they will give you feedback on how your dog has been during their groom.
She looks and smells wonderful when I pick her up and is always happy to be there!! I love them as a business too, very giving, hosting events for clients, sharing their workspace for hard at work folk who need to keep at it whilst their pooch is there, supporting their community and like minded small businesses!! They work very hard to stay i touch with customers, offering fun creative additions to the 'menu' , taking dog photos and providing seasonal bandanas for your dog!! Such a nice touch! They deserve to win, they all work so hard to look after the dogs that visit.

Penny did not have the best start in life, very poorly, very nervous and very reactive with other dogs. We started using Anna and the team by utilising their puppy package, slowly building up Pennys confidence with the new noises and surroundings. Penny is now 14 months old and we use The dog house regularly and would not go anywhere else.
They are professional, patient and most importantly love our dogs and know how to treat them.
Love this salon and they more than deserve the nomination and hopefully the win!
