Very friendly atmosphere, dogs more than welcome (they always get a free treat, humans have to pay) excellent kept beer. A great asset to Bovey Tracey.

Lovely pub who make sure four legged friends are made very welcome with treats, there is a lovely garden area at the back. Good beers and food and welcoming staff.

The Bell Inn is the best dog friendly pub in the world because dogs are welcomed and respected in a wonderful warm garden which anyone would love. Nothing is a problem and this passes on to the customers and doggie customers making it a calm place for dogs to hang out with their owners.

Our dogs have always been welcome, they have snacks behind the bar for dogs and they are free, there is water bowls and places for them to sit and its just lovely how they welcome pets! Plus its a great pub

This is a very welcoming dog friendly pub in a great location for a visit to Bovey Tracey or for those who want to walk on Dartmoor and then find somewhere to relax. Staff are professional and friendly, and my dog loves visiting.

Take a great pub in the heart of Devon, at the gateway to Dartmoor, and give it the added benefit of a landlord & landlady who clearly love their pets and are welcoming of visitors who bring theirs.
They’ve added to the place recently - new beer garden, plus an outside space that allows continued viewing of whatever they’re showing on TV. The landlord loves his sport, so there’s always rugby or football on.
My Dad always told me that when trying to find good pubs, good restaurants etc, go where the locals go. This is where the locals go.
