The staff are absolutely amazing, they have been so helpful, our dog loves the water but he needed some encouragement to swim more smoothly and the team helped with this. They love playing ball with him and genuinely love each and every dog. The pool and area surrounding it is very clean and tidy. The pool is heated which makes it lovely for the dogs to go in. Our dog cannot wait to get into the water for a play and swim.

I have already been here a handful of times and have booked in bulk to come back again and again. It is such a wonderful experience for my dog Buzzy and Bowser and they absolutely love it. The staff are kind, caring and tentative throughout the visits and will always greet you with big smiles! You’d think for a place where animals are the main clientele you may experience some cleanliness issues. I can assure you that is simply not the case, it is incredibly clean and kept maintained and tidy at all times.
I really cannot recommend this place much more than I already have. 11/10

Swim Rootophia is open all year around warm water for the whole family to enjoy time with their pet every dog is assessed never pushed into the water always taken at the dogs own pace you can have staff in the water or hire just for yourselves life jackets and towelling jackets to dry off are all available in all sizes its just a fab place to visit, and very reasonable priced
