Amazing shop, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond for customers. Fantastic variety or food, snacks and toys for my dog and the best part is my dog is allowed in to help pick them.

The shop has been so well thought out and when an owner walks in with a dog it's a hero's welcome and then the staff - with consent, always give the pooch so much attention and a little treat too! They've so much great advice and it's somewhere I want to go again and again!

They all own dogs and shops in consett lacks dog friendly businesses and with Pampered Palates Natural Dog Treats being inside this amazing little shop just adds to wanting to go in with your pet they have a great range of cat, dog, small fury and fish foods available. Everyone makes you very welcome and are all very knowledgeable of there products are only to happy to help in any way possible. 5 stars is the least they deserve.

Very good variety of dog treats and toys- also cat treats and toys (think I saw rabbit treats too). And all the treats are natural too.
