Took time and patience with my 15 1/2 year old deaf/poorly sighted doggy quite a few times (she’s no longer with us) with a full groom, my dog didn’t make it easy for Sam but she did a truly wonderful job making my dog look so good, nothing is ever too much for Sam, good luck and thank you

Sam has been grooming Maisie since she was a puppy. She has such a loving and caring way with each dog she meets and it really feels like they are part of the family. You know all dogs are in good hands when they are with Sam! Sam is extremely knowledgeable about animals and continues to learn and pass on her knowledge to her customers. Sam works so hard to make any experience with her a positive one. She not only grooms dogs but cats too, my old boy Tigger snuggled into Sam which is unusual as he was very grumpy in his old age, although he didn't like being groomed Sam was amazing and calm even while he was trying to scratch and bite. Afterwards he was back to rubbing up Sam for cuddles. In essence Sam makes everyone feel welcome, human or pet. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sam has an amazing gift with both humans and animals; putting everyone At ease in her presence. She has great knowledge and advice if needed and has an exceptional eye for detail with her grooms; ensuring our doggy feels loved and calm as well as looking ever so dapper after his groom with Sam. I love all the extra services as well; different shampoos, teeth cleaning and natural doggy treats. Sam always going the extra mile with themes at special times of the year; like providing her own homemade Christmas bandanas and doggy treat stockings at Christmas time. A true blessing to have Sam as our groomer and now friend.

I've known Sam for around 10years, as a friend, through work, and now as a groomer. Sam deserves this award she has put her heart and soul into her work ,she's very kind, considerate, not only to the dogs/cats that she grooms but also their owners. Sam is a very hard working and respected groomer in the area. Every client is very well looked after and she makes plenty of time to get a personal bond with them to allow for better service. The same goes for each and every dog, much time is taken with each dog to allow a personal bond to happen with a working groomer relationship too. Every client has different needs and she caters for them all without thinking as it just comes naturally.

First time ever using a dog groomer. Sam was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and great with my dogs. Dogs were relaxed despite never having been near a hair dryer before let alone with a complete stranger. Both coats beautifully clipped. Highly recommend Styled by Sam.

Absolutely loved having Sam work with my dogs as she really passionately cares about the dogs she works with. I have the bonus of being able to see everything she is doing and the dogs just love her. They are super relaxed around her and being at home is always a plus.
