Sophie is a lovely and fantastic groomer, she groomed my girl not long after she'd stopped feeding her puppies but Sophie was still very careful on the products she used being around puppies and made her look beautiful.

So good with my dog who hates being bathed. Sophie is lovely and very professional. The de-shed lasts weeks and my dog smells lovely after washed for a good few weeks

Sophie puts her heart and soul into everything she does but her love for dogs and dog grooming is just something that you will not find anywhere else. Star spa really is a star spa experience! As a neighbour I get too see all the beautiful doggos leaving looking all sparkling and clean. It's the cutest thing ever when I'm putting out my washing and I can hear Soph talking to them throughout the process 🤣🥰

Sophie is an absolute WIZZARD at what she does. So attentive and listens to exactly what we want every single time. Theo always comes back looking and smelling as gorgeous as ever and a cute little accessory. You can just tell how Sophie's love for dogs just shines through. Reba was very nervous of being groomed at first. Sophie has worked wonders with her in a short time. Reba is always happy to see her and runs to her. That to me speaks volumes. Sophie provides very individual care for each dog and loves each as her own. She is amazing and so caring. I would definitely recommend her.

Star spa is the best groomers around. Vinnie was terrified of going to the groomers, then we started bringing him here its been a work in progress but the 1 on 1 attention and care he gets makes him so relaxed, he now loves his visits and gets so excited when we arrive in the car and doesnt want to leave. The best groomers around I wouldn't trust anyone else with vinnie !

Sophie is such a natural with dogs. Our two cavapoos love her 🤗 They used to be very nervous grooming customers but now seem very happy to go to star spa. Sophie is great with dogs and I had no worries in leaving Gino with her and even though I struggle to keep his nails trimmed as he hates having them cut Sophie had no such issues and he looked and smelt amazing when I picked him up.

My St.Bernard Lester is so very stubborn. We have had several dog groomers in the past who have always complained about him and how hard work he is given his size and grooming regime. It’s really disheartening to have him viewed as a job, rather than a much loved family member.
With Sophie, there is none of this. She has a really sunny disposition and the second Lester sees her he gets so exciteable. You can see she has a real passion for what she does and as a dog owner this is so comforting. He’s in very good hands and comes back smelling delightful

Sophie gives so much love and attention to the dogs. I have never seen anyone manage to put a dog so at ease and her cuts are beautiful. She is a true perfectionist and takes the ultimate pride and joy in what she does
