Amazing customer service, the staff really know what they’re doing. Our dog actually gets excited when she realises we’re going for her groom! That speaks volumes for how good they are!
It’s the only place I recommend for doggy needs from dealing with behaviour issues to getting a top quality groom!

Met Shane when he was just starting up SDS such an aspiring and inspiring young man he was ,only ever had a few training sessions with him ,he made sure it was affordable and helps everyone this way ,he's always there for you has made all his clients feel like family 👪, and now he has his little family they continue to involve and evolve ,they truly deserve the success they are working so hard to achieve, and would be a shining example to receive this award ,THERE FAB 😍

Shane is legit like the dog whisperer. We were pulling our hair out over our pooch, that we pretty much rescued (6 month Belgium malinois x presa de canario).
We then started to take Bear for monthly 'spa' days and this was when I got to see that it not just Shane with the talent, knowledge and expertise but literally all staff.
They 100% love the dogs and treat them as a member of their family.
This devotion is then passed towards us humans. They offer all sorts of support including emotional for when anxiety/depression is through the roof. This then enables us owners to give our dogs the best life ever. Happy owner = happy pooch.

Their grooming is second to none.They manage to groom my dog ,who is very high maintanance, perfectly.I struggle to even brush him. They are freindly and reasonably priced.I wouldnt use any other groomers.Brilliant.

Staff are always friendly, advice given if needed, really helpful when it comes to grooming my dog got stressed when she has a groom in February, abi recommended that I take my dog in once a week for half an hour so that she could get used to the staff and the grooming facilities again it worked wonders, my dog had a very successful groom in June, I can not recommend these guys enough they really care about the dogs, and they really care about the staff also.
