Tina's is a wonderful groomer and both of our dogs always come home looking and smelling lovely. One of our boys is underconfident and very sensitive to physical contact - Tina has been extremely patient with him to make sure he is completely comfortable with her, and has adapted his groom to a level which he can cope with and not become overwhelmed. She also provides the highest quality treats which our boys love!

Tina is so caring and loves the dogs she grooms. We've been taking our ageing labrador to Shampooch for a few years and Tina does a first class job with him. He's so happy and relaxed and never wants to leave after a groom. Can't recommend highly enough. 5 stars!

Tina has been fantastic with my rescue Nico who has some issues with being groomed. She’s spent time making him so comfortable that I struggle to walk Nico nearby without him trying to make a beeline for Shampooch to get cuddles and fuss from Tina! I can’t recommend her highly enough!
