She is amazing with our two dogs and has always been so friendly, kind and accommodating. Most importantly, our dogs absolutely love her, which says everything!
Being able to leave your furry family members with someone you trust is such a relief. We always know they’re in safe, caring hands with Ruby.

Wow they definitely deserve to be voted they are amazing with cats and dogs making them feel comfortable and cared for. They are very thoughtful as they have a lot of activities for dogs and cats making it like a mini holiday and especially with the heat they have built a splash pad which is awesome. I think they are the best groomers I’ve been too hope you get the award you deserve x

I couldn’t be happier with the service! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and it was clear they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. My dog came back looking absolutely amazing—clean, perfectly groomed, and so happy and relaxed.
The attention to detail was fantastic, and they took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. It’s such a relief to find a groomer you can completely trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable dog groomer. We’ll definitely be back!

Eddie went for his first “shampoo and set” with Ruby, and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment the gates opened we were made to feel so welcome.
Ruby is clearly incredibly experienced with animals and it shows in everything she does. She treated Eddie with such kindness, patience and care and it was lovely to know he was in such capable hands.
Ruby is one in a million and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely loves what she does.

I own a Woolley Alaskan Malamute that not many groomers would take on let alone know how to groom but this young lady stepped up to the challenge and did an amazing job. I expected my dog to be a bit nervous on her 1st visit but she seemed completely relaxed and was more than happy to potter off the the grooming salon with Ruby. I would highly recommend this up and coming young lady.

Ruby is just simply amazing! Not many 16 year olds have achieve what Ruby has. She pride her self in every aspect of grooming and treats each dog with love and care. Ruby set herself a goal to qualify for crufts on the junior grooming competition which she did with our standard poodle doing the most complex cut to perfection to qualify on her very first attempt. She really is amazing at what she does and deserves ever success

My dog was very dirty from playing in mud so I booked her in for reservoir grooming room and when she came back she was like a different dog she was so clean I almost thought she was not my dog. Ruby was so nice to me when I pickled her up.

She works very hard and is very passionate, she competes in yrkc handling, and even if she doesnt win, she strives to learn and wants to know how to improve, this is the same with her grooming, she has started competing in competitions, to learn and develop her skills even further, for her age she is a fabulous groomer and her skills have accelerated rapidly in the space on 1 year, she is ressiliant kind and caring towards everyone and every dog. Unlike most groomers she even grooms cats, which can be very challenging, she specializes in reactive dogs which proves her sympathy with the dogs that go through her care, she has big dreams which are sure to come true, she deserves this.

Ruby is amazing! She puts her absolute all into what she does. I took my puppy to her when he was 10 weeks old for his first groom and he did not make a single fuss! He normally is quite needy when I leave him however he trotted off with her straight away and then she sent me a video of the whole thing and he looked comfortable the whole time, I felt so reassured, from the moment I met her I knew he was in safe hands. Not only all of this but he looks absolutely beautiful every time, she listens to every word, takes it on and applies it to every groom. I don’t know anyone that deserves this more.
