They are absolutely fantastic! They care so well for the dogs, they have so many different play areas for them, inside and out. A pool for those that like to swim. The rooms for the dogs are spacious and clean, they provide their own beds, bowls etc. They send regular photos throughout the day to show your fur babies having fun. The list is endless! I never thought I would trust anyone with my dogs outside of family and close friends but that was until we found the lovely Reservoir doggy resort and spa. 100% would recommend to anyone!

The care and facilities that they offer is second to none. There isn’t anywhere else that I would take my dog. It is truly a holiday for dogs that no one else has thought about. They offer the full package of fun, comfort and care and peace of mind that they will enjoy their holiday as much as the owners.

My dog was super nervous when he started going here but 18 mths later he is a different dog plays with other dogs loves the staff the team always put the dogs welfare first . They work super hard with so much dedication and commitment the whole family are all involved and are amazing I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else it’s his second home .

They are the only one we trust with our black Labrador, Betty. The facilities are outstanding. Maria and the team love what they do and treat the dogs as if they were their own. They even find time to send photos and videos during each stay.

It’s such a great place. Both my dogs enjoyed their stay there and I felt like they were very safe and looked after. One of my dogs is blind so needs a bit different care but I was assured they would get good care and she did.

They go above and beyond to provide the most wonderful time for both day care and boarders, my dog has been for one off days and also spent 10days whilst we were on holiday, I felt very reassured that my dog was being well looked after and from the constant photo updates I was sent, I could tell he was enjoying himself.

Home from home for my pooch’s holiday. Lots of activities and friendly, attentive and experienced staff. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. It’s perfect. I can go away on my holiday knowing he is safe and well cared for and having a busy wonderful time

Because it’s the best boarding kennels and I would recommend to anyone, the staff are caring and thoughtful to all the dogs not just the dogs but the owners too. The suites are far from ordinary there air con, tv, private runs. The complex is set in 4 acres of beautiful countryside
