I wouldn’t send my boy anywhere else for daycare or holidays. It is a home from home for him, with lots of activities and friends to play with, as well as first class accommodation. The staff are very attentive and make the whole experience a joy for both Ted and myself. There are also twice daily updates on how he is getting on with photographs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RDR&S to anyone for their pooch’s holiday and daycare

We genuinely wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else. Without doubt, the best kennels we have ever used.
For us, the biggest difference is the peace of mind. Knowing that while we’re away enjoying our holiday, our furry family are having a holiday of their own and being looked after by such a fantastic, caring team is an absolute game changer.
It takes away that little bit of worry you normally have when leaving your dogs behind and allows you to relax and enjoy your holiday on a completely different level, because you know they’re happy, safe and being incredibly well cared for - the photos we get just add to this peace of mind.
The team are absolutely fantastic and, most importantly, our dogs genuinely love going!
It never feels like taking them to a kennels - it’s genuinely a case of dropping them off at their own holiday resort!
That’s why they get our vote ever and why . we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough - but please don’t tell everyone - we want to have availability for ourselves!

I have always been anxious to leave my dogs anywhere whilst on holiday, however since using reservoir doggy resort and spa, I don’t get anxious at all. My dogs love it here and are so happy. The care they receive is just the best and I’d never send my dogs anywhere else. It really is a very special place.

I couldn’t ask for a better place to send your fur babies. The care and the love they show is truly beyond words can say. I only have to say are we going to doggy day care and waiting by the front door with so much excitement. It’s an amazing place with so many activities for your dog above and beyond nothing is too much trouble. I’d highly recommend to anyone ( I don’t want to tell friends as I want all the spaces for my boy 🤣 )

I voted for Reservoir doggy resort & Spa because they have made such a positive difference to basils life.
Basil is our Brittany spaniel he’s naturally a nervous dog so leaving one of the most important members of my family anywhere was something we worried about. I was genuinely amazed at how quickly he settled in and that is down to the incredible team and the love ,patience and understanding they showed him from day one.Basil now attends 2 days a week for day care and he gets so excited when we pull up that he can hardly wait to get through the gates . He also stays there when we go on holiday and we can relax knowing he’s not just looked after he’s genuinely happy and cared for.
The facilities are second to none. The whole site is incredibly secure with CCTV covering every area and monitored electric entrance gate giving us complete peace of mind.
We always have to walk Basil on a lead because his hunting instincts mean he’d happily disappear after scent, but at the resort he can safely enjoy being off lead in their fully enclosed grounds.
They are constantly investing in the dog’s happiness too with fantastic facilities already they now have added a brand new-new splash pool that’s already proving to be a huge hit.
What makes this place truly exceptional though is the people every member of the team treats dogs as if they were their own giving each one the time attention and affection they deserve and that means everything as an owner.
I honestly believe you would struggle to find a better dog resort anywhere in the uk.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and seeing Basil live his best life I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition than them .

I have voted for Reservoir Doggy Resort &Spa because it is a top rate resort where my four year old cocker poo Harvey can come and have a really good play day where he can meet other dogs and socialise , he has lots of energy to burn off and he always looks forward to meet Michelle who always meets and greets him on arrival , I always know that when I leave Harvey he's in good experienced hands and the staff are all qualified and will let you know if anything is different with him ,
They always check his vaccination records on arrival which is very reassuring because you know that all of his little friends that he meets and plays with throughout the day are all vaccinated up to date ,
This is a wonderful Resort in my local area I feel very lucky to be able to take Harvey to and know that he will be safe and secure until it is time for me to collect him
I am sent photos throughout the day showing how Harvey is enjoying his day and how he is socialising which is very important to me ,
Reservoir Doggy Resort & Spa is a five star resort in my opinion and gets my vote ,

Five stars definitely deserved, they have,and continue to work, so hard to make the whole experience exemplary from start to finish for pets and owners. From organising a comprehensive site visit, to booking, to the booked visit, to collection, everything is perfect. My dog loves all her visits and the attention and enrichment activities. Whilst she is there I can relax and complete my day or holiday without any worries about her. She has been swimming here and groomed with love and attention.
Every time we go we are warmly welcomed and feel appreciated. We’ve never had any issues or concerns but I have absolute confidence that if there were any we would be listened to and solutions would be accomplished.
As I say, 5 stars well deserved, would give more if I could !

My dog buddy red fox Labrador has been going reservoir doggy resort and spa now for 2 years while we go on hoilday or just for day care, he absolutely loves it here, soon as we get to the big gates he is crying and wagging his tail with excitement, we get daily pictures and updates, I wouldn’t let my dog go anywhere else

Professional and super friendly staff. Facilities are very impressive and have been well maintained and expanded/improved as time goes on. We have been taking our dog here for both daycare and for boarding and the regular phot updates shows us he's well looked after and happy with them performing plenty of activities in the day. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area however daycare availability can be challenging if not booked in advance but just proves the popularity and high demand.

Exceptional place.
My Collie dog was scared, neurotic and not at all trusting of people and was having a bad time after his sister died of Lymphoma. Maria, Michelle and the team agreed to a trial and gently introduced him to them as people and all the facilities. Within minutes, yes minutes, he was enjoying himself and completely happy in their company.
He now goes regularly, often not for any other reason than just because he enjoys it. He is a different dog, all thanks to Reservoir Dogs. They have given him his life back and that is because they are so good with dogs.

We’ve been taking Pippa and Rufus to Reservoir Doggy Hotel & Spa for the last few years and honestly wouldn’t send them anywhere else.
From the minute they arrive they’re so excited, which says it all. The team are amazing and genuinely care about every dog that’s there. It’s so reassuring knowing they’re being looked after like they’re part of the family.
The facilities are incredible. Their suites are spotless, comfortable and the perfect place for them to relax after a full day of playing with all their holiday friends.
Also we love the communication. We get regular updates and loads of photos while we’re away, so we can see exactly what Pippa and Rufus have been up to. It really gives us peace of mind and lets us enjoy our holiday knowing they’re having fun!

The whole team go above and beyond to make sure your fur babies are happy and fulfilled when they stay with them. Their care and compassion is outstanding. The facilities and accommodation is first class. I know that when I leave my dog she is going to have a fantastic time. They offer swimming which has given my dog so much confidence in the water. My dog has so much fun that she never wants to come home. She actually pulls away from me and tries to get back in. Maria and her team have created an amazing and unique place for dogs to have as much fun as their owners when they go on holiday. I am so truly grateful that I found somewhere that I can leave my dog that has outstanding standards and always has the best interests of all their guests. There is nowhere else that even comes close to matching what they offer and should be rewarded 1st class honors across the board.

The team at Reservoir Doggy Resotrt and Spa have worked absolutely magic with my little Pomeranian Misiu. He is a nervous dog and they have taken so much time and effort to give him confidence in socialising with dogs and people. Their family business and wonderful work ethics extends to all of them -including their children who are the politest and nicest group of young adults too. I'm voting for Reservoir Doggy Spa & Retreat because it truly is a little slice of heaven for our four-legged family members. From the moment you arrive, you can see how much love, care and passion the owner has poured into creating such an incredible place. In fact, it's so amazing that us dog owners secretly wish we could stay there too! 😂
The facilities are absolutely second to none. Whether it's splashing around on the adorable paw-shaped splash pad, enjoying the doggy arcade, taking a swim in the pool, running free in the secure enclosed fields, or digging on the man-made beach, there's something to keep every dog happy and entertained.
The accommodation is just as impressive, with air conditioning for the warmer months, heating for the colder days, comfy beds, TVs and music, ensuring every furry guest has a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Most importantly, every dog is treated as if they were one of the family. They are happy, healthy, loved and incredibly well cared for, giving owners complete peace of mind knowing their precious woofers are safe and secure.
I honestly can't recommend Reservoir Doggy Spa & Retreat highly enough. If anyone ever asks me where their dog should stay, this is always my first recommendation and anyone who knows me has probably heard me talk about it already 🐾🥰

My dog angel has been there and when she got in the car she was a bit sad that she left and kept on looking back at the place when we left. Then when we got home she was very tired and calm which she is normally crazy so I am so happy she is very calm and I can relax while she sleeps. Our dog has a very nervous disposition and as a result we have never wanted to leave him anywhere. We were recommended reservoir doggy resort and spa by a friend. We nervously booked a few sessions and now we make sure we take him for a couple of days each month. The staff have worked wonders with him, he loves them and has a great time with them. We get updates and pictures during the day. The owners don’t just run a business, they genuinely care about each and every dog.

They are absolutely fantastic! They care so well for the dogs, they have so many different play areas for them, inside and out. A pool for those that like to swim. The rooms for the dogs are spacious and clean, they provide their own beds, bowls etc. They send regular photos throughout the day to show your fur babies having fun. The list is endless! I never thought I would trust anyone with my dogs outside of family and close friends but that was until we found the lovely Reservoir doggy resort and spa. 100% would recommend to anyone!
