Short enough trip to Boot for your dog , they can sit on seats if enough room. Great walks on beach at Ravenglass or to the waterfall at Boot. Water stations at the stations.

My Border Terriers, Cuthbert and Matilda, love travelling on the R&ER. They like to stick their heads just over the sides and watch the countryside - especially the sheep! The dogs are always made welcome and recieve a bag of treats each (and a poo bag) with their tickets.

We love seeing families on a day out where they can their dog with them - and why not they are members of the families and totally enjoy the trip in the fresh air especially on a nice summers day.
